Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use randum.chat. By creating an account or using this service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Users found to be under 18 will be permanently banned without notice. We actively monitor for underage users using automated detection systems.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using randum.chat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using randum.chat, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe are under 18, and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

3. Account Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about yourself
Not impersonate any person or entity
Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Not transmit any sexually explicit, obscene, or NSFW content
Not use virtual cameras, pre-recorded video, or any artificial video source
Show your face during video chat sessions
Not attempt to circumvent any safety or moderation systems

4. Content Moderation

We use automated systems to detect and filter inappropriate content, including but not limited to:

NSFW image and video detection
Underage user detection via text, speech, and behavioral analysis
Virtual camera detection
Face presence verification

Users flagged by these systems may face temporary restrictions, permanent bans, or reports to law enforcement as appropriate.

5. Reporting

Users can report other users for violations of these terms. All reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken. Filing false reports may result in your account being suspended.

6. Score System

randum.chat uses a score system to reward active, genuine engagement. Score is earned through legitimate interactions such as chatting, posting, and receiving likes. Any attempt to artificially inflate your score (bots, spam, etc.) will result in a ban.

7. Bans and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion. Bans may be issued for:

Being under 18 years of age — permanent ban
Sharing NSFW or illegal content — permanent ban
Harassment or threats — permanent ban
Using virtual cameras or failing to show face — temporary restrictions
Spam or manipulation — permanent ban

8. Privacy

Video chats are peer-to-peer and are not recorded by randum.chat. Text messages between friends are stored on our servers. Automated moderation systems may process text and audio in real-time for safety purposes. We do not sell your data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
