How it works

A simple loop: match on video → open a profile → become friends → keep talking in your inbox.

1. Create your account

Sign up so you have a profile others can visit. That is what makes randum.chat more than a one-and-done stranger chat.

2. Enter the lobby and match

Allow camera and microphone, optionally pick a country or interests, then start searching. When you connect, you get live video plus an in-call chat.

3. Check their profile

If the conversation is going well, open their profile. See posts, follower counts, and whether you already follow or have a pending friend request.

4. Follow or add friend

Follow to keep up lightly, or send a friend request when you want DMs. They can accept when they are ready.

5. Continue in the inbox

Friends message in Inbox. You can swipe between Inbox, Video, and Profile on mobile without reloading the app.

6. Skip and meet someone new

Not clicking? Hit next and match again. People you already friended stay in your list — they do not disappear with the skip.
